• The Honourable Marcella Henschel, a Judge of the Ontario Court of Justice in Newmarket, is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario.
• Justin S.C. Mellor, Manager of Litigation at the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Department of Justice and Public Safety, in St. John’s, is appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
• Andrea L. Froese, Partner at Bennett Jones LLP in Calgary, is appointed a Justice of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.
• Ellery C. Lew, Partner at Witten LLP in Edmonton, is appointed a Justice of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.
