Due to changes with the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal websites to restricted automated access, there are still no updates on watched files. Today’s IPPractice daily email contains a list of all new proceedings from last week, as well as today.

As noted last week, the Federal Court recently added captcha’s to the webpages listing recorded entries which restrict automated access.

As of today’s email, a work-around has been developed so that lists of new proceedings can continue to be included in the daily emails.

I will hopefully will be able to include updates on watched items shortly. In the meantime, if anyone has any suggestions (or contributions!), that would be much appreciated. Thanks for those already received.
