As an add-on to my existing Supreme Court monitoring features, I’m adding the ability to get notifications of individual docket additions for Supreme Court proceedings such as correspondence and filing. Email me if you are interested in being part of the beta-testing group for this feature – you get first access to this feature and can provide feedback on what works or further improvements.
Subscribers can already sign up for key Supreme Court alerts such as new leave applications and leave decisions for intellectual property proceedings.
This new feature will be similar to the existing docket monitoring for Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal proceedings and will include correspondence, intervener applications, etc. for specific proceedings of interest.
Here is a sample update from last week:
36848 – Britton Low v. Pfizer Canada Inc., et al.
2016-03-11 – Respondent’s response on the application for leave to appeal, (Book Form), Completed on: 2016-03-11, (Electronic version due on 2016-03-18)
2016-03-11 – Notice of name, (Letter Form), Pfizer Canada Inc., (Electronic version due on 2016-03-18)
2016-03-11 – Notice of name, (Letter Form), Pfizer Inc., (Electronic version due on 2016-03-18)
2016-03-11 – Notice of name, (Letter Form), Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals, (Electronic version due on 2016-03-18)
Once the wrinkles are worked out (thanks beta-testing team! Email me if interested), I plan to roll this out to all subscribers.
