Justice Robert A. Blair has been appointed as Chair of the Copyright Board.  Justice Blair has been a judge of the Ontario Court of Appeal since 2003 after 12 years as a trial judge on the Superior Court.

The Copyright Board has been without a chair since former Chairman William Vancise’s term ended in May 2014.
