The Canadian Intellectual Property Office released its five-year plan called “Inspired by Innovation; Committed to Success“.

The plan covers the period 2012 to 2017 and appears to highlight CIPO’s customers, customer management and communication. Last month, CIPO released its annual report for the 2010-2011 financial year.
